All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland. Estimated delivery times are:

Currently, we only ship within Poland to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is within the country when placing your order.

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Absolutely! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Contact us first to receive detailed return instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package by emailing bueroass@op.pl. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a prompt replacement, refund, or credit depending on the situation.
